摘  要:文章通过测定BT-65MnRE钢在不同冷速下的连续冷却转变曲线,利用金相显微镜观察了不同冷速下的显微组织。结果表明:试验钢BT-65MnRE的相变点A c1为707℃,A c3为764℃,当冷却速度为1~4℃/s时,室温组织为珠光体+先共析铁素体,当冷却速度为5~8℃/s时,室温组织为珠光体+贝氏体+马氏体+少量铁素体,当冷却速度为10~30℃/s时,室温组织为珠光体+马氏体+少量铁素体,当冷却速度大于40℃/s时,室温组织为马氏体。In the paper,the microstructures of BT-65MnRE steel at different cooling rates are observed with the metalloscope by determining its continuous cooling transformation(CCT)curves at different cooling rates.The results showed that the phase transition points of test steel BT-65MnRE,A c1 was 707℃and A c3 was 764℃,the microstructure at room temperature was pearlite+proeutectoid ferrite when the cooling rate was 1~4℃/s,it was pearlite+bainite+martensite+a small number of ferrite when the cooling rate was 5~8℃/s,it was pearlite+martensite+a small number of ferrite when the cooling rate was 10~30℃/s and it was martensite when the cooling rate was greater than 40℃/s.
