摘　　要：规格为Φ325 mm×10 mm的P22高压锅炉管经正火+回火热处理后,由于壁厚较薄,冷却速度较快导致硬度值超出标准上限。通过试验研究,提出一种“正火后缓冷+空冷+回火”热处理新工艺。控制正火后冷却速度,P22钢管热处理后得到铁素体+珠光体为主的显微组织,是保证其具有良好综合力学性能的关键。After the heat treatment of normalizing+tempering,the hardness value of P22 high pressure boiler tube with specification ofΦ325 mm×10 mm exceeds the upper limit of standard due to thinner wall thickness and faster cooling rate.A new heat treatment process of“slow cooling after normalizing+air cooling+tempering”is proposed through experimental research.The P22 steel pipe is with the microstructure of ferrite+pearlite after heat treatment by controlling the cooling rate after normalizing,which is the key to ensure its good comprehensive mechanical properties.
