摘　　要：针对1Cr5Mo高压化肥设备用无缝钢管完全退火工艺时间较长,采用正火加回火工艺后,力学性能无法满足标准要求,通过制定合理的热处理工艺参数,经反复试验,最终采取加热温度为880℃等温退火的热处理工艺,成功批量生产出性能稳定且满足GB/T 6479—2013标准要求的产品。The reasonable heat treatment process parameters are formulated in view of the problem that the time of full annealing for 1Cr5Mo seamless steel tube for high pressure fertilizer facility is longer and its mechanical properties cannot meet the standard requirements with normalizing and tempering process.Finally,the heat treatment process of isothermal annealing with heating temperature of 880℃is adopted through trial and error so that the products with stable performances meeting the requirements of standard GB/6479—2013 are successfully produced with volume production.
