摘　　要：随着晶闸管中频电源技术的不断发展,中频熔炼炉已经成为当前铸造炼钢领域非常重要的设备。文章主要对中频熔炼炉的工作原理和比较容易出现的电气故障问题进行了分析研究,重点对中频熔炼炉的整流电控系统、逆变电控系统及负载回路的主要常见电气故障进行了研究,以供相关从业人员参考与借鉴。With the continuous development of medium frequency power supply of thyristor technology,the medium frequency smelting furnace has become very important equipment in the field of casting and steelmaking at present.In this paper,the working principle and electrical faults easy to occur of medium frequency smelting furnace are analyzed and studied,the emphasis is to study the main common electrical faults of rectifier and inverter electric control systems as well as load circuit,which provide the references for relevant practitioners.
