摘  要:文章从接箍螺纹加工生产过程中出现的接箍两个面紧密距超差的产品质量问题着手,介绍了接箍螺纹加工的两种工艺方案,分别是两面镗孔后车丝和单面镗孔后直接车丝,单面镗孔后直接车丝可减少卡盘翻转的次数,避免卡盘同轴度偏差大造成接箍车丝紧密距超差废品。重点介绍了技术人员通过接箍螺纹加工工艺的优化实现解决紧密距超差问题,并取得满意的效果。This article starts with the product quality problem that the stand off between two sides of coupling is out of tolerance in production process of coupling thread processing.Moreover,it is introduced two process plans of coupling thread processing,lathe threading after boring of both sides and direct lathe threading after boring of single side.The times of chuck rolling-over can be reduced and the out-of-tolerance waste products of stand off for coupling and lathe threading caused by large axiality deviation of chuck can be avoided by direct lathe threading after boring of single side.It is mainly introduced the problem of stand off out of tolerance is solved with optimizing the coupling thread processing technology by technician and the effects are satisfactory.
