摘 要:文章以测试技术课程的典型知识点——力学参数测量和电桥的和差特性为对象,讨论了虚拟仪器技术在测试技术课程教学活动中的应用。结合电桥在力学参数测量中的广泛应用及其和差特性,设计了以等强度悬臂梁的应变片布片和组桥为基础、以电桥的和差特性为目标的实验方案,开发了相应的仿真实验程序,实现了不同组桥形式下电桥输出特性的实验验证。此外,文章所设计的仿真实验程序界面简洁,仿真实验操作步骤简单,可以非常方便地在课堂教学过程中开展仿真演示实验,从而使学生可以更容易理解和掌握电桥的和差特性及其在力学参数测量中的应用。This paper discusses the application of virtual instrument technology in teaching activities based on the typical knowledge points of the mechanical measurement and sum difference characteristics of electric bridge.According to the wide application of bridge in mechanical parameter measurement and its sum difference characteristics,this paper designs an experimental scheme based on the strain gauge arrangement and bridge assembly of cantilever beam with equal strength.And the objective of the experimental scheme is the sum and difference characteristics of the bridge.The corresponding simulation program is developed to realize the experimental verification of the voltage output characteristics of the bridge under different bridge combinations.In addition,the interface of the simulation experiment program designed in this paper is simple,and the operation steps of the simulation experiment are simple.It is very convenient to carry out simulation demonstration experiments in the process of classroom teaching,so that students can more easily understand and master the sum difference characteristics of the bridge and its application in the measurement of mechanical parameters.
