摘　　要：目的检测糖尿病患者血清中抗核抗体(Antinuclear antibodies,ANA)的阳性率,并分析其与性别、年龄及疾病代谢指标之间的相关性,探讨其潜在的临床价值。方法收集1351例2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)住院患者的临床数据为实验组,1113例健康体检者的体检数据为正常对照组,并对两组的糖化血红蛋白(Glycated hemoglobin,GHB)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(Creatinine,Cr)以及抗核抗体(ANA)进行对比分析。结果1351例实验组中ANA的阳性率(11.92%)以及TG、TC、BUN、Cr均明显高于正常对照组。实验组ANA阳性的女性(占72.05%)明显高于男性(27.95%);ANA与患者的性别、年龄及TC均有相关性,P<0.05,且糖尿病的患病率与ANA相关。结论糖尿病多伴有代谢异常,ANA检出率与性别、年龄及代谢异常有一定的相关性,为了解糖尿病患者机体的免疫状况,指导临床患者的诊疗提供帮助。Objective To detect the expression of anti-nuclear antibodies(ANA)in the diabetes patients and analyze its association with gender,age and metabolism of and explore its clinical significance.Methods A total of 1351 T2DM patients was included as the test group with another 1113 normal persons as the control group,and all of them were subjected to GHB,TG,TC,BUN,Cr and ANA detection,respectively.Results In a total of 1351 T2DM patients,ANA positive(11.92%)and TG,TC,BUN and Cr in T2DM patients was much higher than those in control group.Female patients were accounted for 72.05%of the ANA-positive diabetes patients,while male patients were only 27.95%.The detection rate of ANA was correlated with gender,age and TC and the prevalence of diabetes was associated with ANA.Conclusion Diabetes is always accompanied with abnormality of metabolism.Correlation existed between ANA positivity with gender,age and abnormality.This finding provides support for understanding immune situation of patients with diabetes and directing their diagnosis and therapy in clinic.
