摘  要:目的建立分离纯化大风艾中黄酮苷类成分的方法。方法目标成分可以通过高速逆流色谱,以水-甲醇-乙酸乙酯-正己烷(5∶1∶5∶1,v/v/v/v)两相溶剂系统进行分离。结果经一次分离纯化可获得9.3 mg金丝桃苷(纯度97.1%)、5.7 mg紫云英苷(纯度82.8%)和7.6 mg槲皮苷(纯度98.8%),以上3个化合物经ESI-MS,1H NMR鉴定。结论本研究建立的方法可用于大风艾中黄酮苷类成分的分离和纯化。Objective To isolate the flavonoid glycosides in the extract of Blumea balsamifera.Methods The target constituents were separated by high-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC)using water-methanol-ethyl acetate-n-hexane(5∶1∶5∶1,v/v/v/v)solvent system.Results A total of 9.3 mg of hyperoside,5.7 mg of astragalin and 7.6 mg of quercitrin with the purity of 97.1%,82.8%and 98.8%were isolated and purified,respectively.The structure of those three compounds were identified by NMR,ESI-MS.Conclusion The established methods could be employed to isolate the flavonoid glycosides in the extract of Blumea balsamifera.
