伊朗首席核科学家遇刺案例分析及启示

摘　　要：2020年11月27日,伊朗国防部研究和创新机构负责人、首席核物理学家穆赫辛·法赫里扎德在首都德黑兰附近遇刺身亡。袭击者采用卫星遥控、人脸识别和人工智能等高技术武器对其实施刺杀,现场未发现犯罪分子。法赫里扎德遇刺暴露出伊朗警卫工作的诸多安保漏洞。结合法赫里扎德遇刺案例,分析伊朗警卫工作存在的问题,提出严格警卫人员选拔、加强安保人员管理、严密路线警卫措施、完善警卫情报机制、灵活运用路线警卫战术、加强警卫力量建设等加强和改进要人警卫工作的措施。On November 27,2020,Mohsen Fakhrizadeh,head of the Research and Innovation Agency of the Iranian Ministry of Defense and chief nuclear physicist,was killed in an attack near the capital of Tehran.The attackers used satellite remote control,face recognition and artificial intelligence technology,and there were no assassins at the scene.The killing of Fakhrizadeh exposes many security loopholes in Iran’s security work.Combined with the assassination of Fakhrizadeh,this paper analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of security work,and puts forward the methods and ways to strengthen and improve the security work,including implementing rigorous selection of security personnel,strengthening the management of security personnel,taking strict route security measures,improving security intelligence mechanism,applying flexible route security tactics,building the capacity of the security forces.
