关于维和警察防暴队车辆配备的思考

摘　　要：车辆是维和警察防暴队执行任务最重要的装备之一,做好车辆配备相关工作能够显著提升防暴队的整体能力,总结归纳防暴队车辆配备方面的特点和成功经验,查找分析存在的困难和问题,提出完善顶层设计、加强基础理论研究和数据库建设、推进车辆通用化,减轻后勤保障压力、科学配备车辆保障力量,加大培训力度,充分发挥车辆效能等建议。Vehicles are one of the most important equipment for the Formed Police Units(FPUs)to perform their tasks.Reasonable and adequate vehicle allocation can significantly improve FPUs’overall capabilities.Therefore,this article summarizes the characteristics and successful experience of the vehicle allocation,analyzes the existing difficulties and problems.Finally,it puts forward such proposals as improving the top-level design,strengthening the basic theoretical research and database construction,promoting the generalization of vehicles and reducing the pressure of logistics support,allocating vehicle support scientifically and increasing the intensity of training to give full play to the efficiency of the vehicle.
