摘 要:多效蒸发是工业生产中常用的节能工艺,但在实际工程设计中,各效的有效传热温差分配与控制问题却鲜有人提出确切的设计解决办法;以某环氧乙烷装置中开车运行中出现的问题为例,分别从工艺设计和控制运行两方面分析了操作压力偏离设计的原因及影响,运用关键设计方法给出了解决措施,保证了装置的平稳运行,并提出了优化的建议。Multi-effect evaporation is a commonly used energy-saving process in industrial production.However,in actual engineering design,few people have proposed the exact design method for the effective heat transfer temperature difference distribution of each effect.In practice,the temperature difference of each effect is generally realized through self balance.Accordingly,the operation controllability in production is poor,and problems such as pressure fluctuation,liquid flooding or mist entrainment are easy to occur.This paper takes the problems occurred during the start-up of an ethylene oxide plant as an example,analyzes the reasons and effect of the operating pressure deviation from design value from two aspects of process design and control operation,gives solutions to the problems and optimizes the design,greatly improving the operation stability of the plant.
