农村居民养老模式选择意愿及影响因素研究——以湖南省岳阳市为例

摘　　要：为了分析老龄化背景下岳阳市农村居民养老模式的选择意愿和影响因素,本文采用便利抽样的方法对岳阳市辖区内农村居民进行抽样调查。结果显示,目前岳阳市农村居民养老仍以传统的家庭养老模式为主,机构养老模式是重要的补充形式,社区养老模式已成为未来的主要发展趋势,整体呈现多样化;经济条件和照顾需求是选择家庭养老和机构养老的主要影响因素。为此,各级政府应建立多元化的农村居民综合养老模式,健全养老服务机制和体系,加强养老服务人才培养,制定配套养老政策,以完善农村地区居民的养老服务体系。In order to analyze the choice intention and influencing factors of elderly mode for rural residents in Yueyang city under the background of population aging,the convenient sampling method was adopted to conduct a sample survey of rural residents in Yueyang city.The results show that the traditional elderly mode at home is still the main mode of rural residents,but the institutional elderly mode is an important supplementary form,community elderly mode has become the main development trend in the future as well.The choice of elderly mode at home and in elderly service institution is greatly influenced by economic conditions and care needs.Therefore,the governments should establish a diversified comprehensive elderly mode serviced for rural residents,improve the service mechanism and system,strengthen the training of service personnel,and also formulate supporting elderly policies to improve the elderly service system for rural residents.
