摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病住院患者心理痛苦现状及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选取深圳市某三甲医院的98例2型糖尿病住院患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表及糖尿病痛苦量表中文版进行横断面调查;采用SPSS 23.0对数据进行整理和分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果98例患者中,有糖尿病痛苦者68例,占比较高;糖尿病痛苦得分为(33.83±11.88)分。多元回归分析显示,家庭人均月收入及能否坚持糖尿病管理2个变量是影响患者心理痛苦的相关因素(P<0.05),调整后的R2为0.208,即进入方程的自变量对因变量的解释程度为20.8%。结论本研究中,2型糖尿病住院患者糖尿病痛苦的发生率较高,主要受家庭人均月收入及能否坚持糖尿病管理两方面因素的影响。护士应准确评估糖尿病痛苦的发生,制定相应的护理措施,指导患者进行糖尿病自我管理,提高患者疾病自我管理水平。Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of psychological distress in hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Object and Methods:98 cases of type 2 diabetes inpatients in a third-grade hospital in Shenzhen were selected as the research object by convenience sampling method.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the General Data Questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Diabetes Pain Scale.SPSS 23.0 was used to collate and analyze the data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:Among the 98 patients,68 cases had diabetes pain,and the diabetes pain score was(33.83±11.88)points.Multiple regression analysis showed that family per capita monthly income and adherence to diabetes management were related factors affecting patients'psychological distress(P<0.05),and the adjusted R2 was 0.208,that is,the degree of explanation of independent variables into the equation to the dependent variable was 20.8%.Conclusion:In this study,inpatients with type 2 diabetes had a higher incidence of diabetes pain,which was mainly influenced by family per capita monthly income and adherence to diabetes management.Therefore,nurses should accurately evaluate the occurrence of diabetes pain,develop appropriate nursing measures,and guide patients to self-management of diabetes,so as to improve patients'disease self-management level.
