摘 要:为探究黄河流域城市绿色发展的可行路径,本文基于2010-2017年黄河流域中心城市面板数据,采用面板固定效应模型,实证研究产业升级、科研支出对黄河流域中心城市绿色发展的影响机理。研究发现,产业升级和科研支出均能显著提升黄河流域中心城市绿色发展水平,且两者之间存在交互作用;科研支出持续增加会减弱产业升级的正向效应。建议促进城市产业绿色化转型,合理分配政府科研资金,提高城市人口集聚度,引导地方政府“向上竞争”,以此推动黄河流域中心城市绿色发展。In order to explore the feasible path of green development of cities in the Yellow River Basin,based on the panel data of central cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2017,this paper adopts the panel fixed effect model,and empirically studies the influence mechanism of industrial upgrading and scientific research expenditure on green development of central cities in the Yellow River Basin.The results show that both industrial upgrading and research expenditure significantly improve the green development level of central cities in the Yellow River Basin,and there is an interaction between the two.The continuous increase of research expenditure will weaken the positive effect of industrial upgrading.It is suggested to promote the green transformation of urban industries,rationally allocate government funds for scientific research,improve the concentration of urban population,and guide local governments to"compete upward",so as to promote the green development of central cities in the Yellow River Basin.
