摘　　要：既有房屋改变用途越来越多,多伴随着结构的改造加固。以某单层排架厂房改造为二层幼儿园的具体工程为实例,分析了工业厂房改为民用建筑时面临抗震设防类别相应提高等诸多问题,介绍了此类结构改造加固设计要点,为类似改造工程提供借鉴意义。There are more and more changes in the use of existing houses,most of which are accompanied by structural renovation and reinforcement.Taking a single-stored shelving workshop modified into a two-storey kindergarten as an example,this paper analyzes many problems when the industrial workshop is changed into a civil building,such as the corresponding improvement of the seismic fortification category,and introduces the key points of this kind of structural transformation and reinforcement design,so as to provide reference for similar reconstruction projects.
