摘 要:以家用空调中易发生故障的部件风扇电机为研究对象,在对风扇电机结构特征和火灾危险性进行理论分析的基础上,设计故障模拟试验,监测风扇电机的故障电流并获取电机机体主要发热部位温升曲线。试验结果表明,风扇电机发生启动电容失效故障及堵转故障后能够引起火灾。机体异常温升最终导致电机绕组绝缘及周围可燃物被引燃,起火后的电机有明显内热痕迹。Taking the component fan motor prone to failure in household air conditioner as the research object,based on the theoretical analysis on fan motor structural characteristics and fire risks,designed the fault simulation test to monitor the fault current of fan motor and obtain the temperature rise curve of main heating part of the motor body.The test results showed that the fan motor could cause fire after starting capacitor failure and locked rotor failure.The abnormal temperature rise of machine body eventually lead to the motor winding insulation and ignition of surrounding combustibles,the motor after the fire had obvious internal heat traces.
