摘　　要：根据管理科学与工程(工程管理方向)学科研究生的定位与培养目标,结合实践基地建设现存问题,考虑理论深研和实践拓展两种不同人才培养方向,提出了“科学研究型”及“专业技能型”实践基地建设模式,并进行了研究生实践基地长效机制的探索。According to the orientation and training objectives of graduate students in the discipline of management science and engineering(engineering management),combined with the existing problems in the construction of practical bases,and considering two different talent training directions of theoretical deep research and practical expansion,the“research type”and“professional skills-based”practice base construction model,and explore the long-term mechanism of the graduate practice base.
