摘  要:白云鄂博萤石浮选精矿经超导磁分离技术处理后,超导精矿中萤石品位从85.21%提高至96.84%,稀土品位从5.29%降低至0.11%。利用超导高梯度磁选方法,可以有效提高白云鄂博矿萤石浮选精矿中萤石品位和降低稀土矿物含量,可缩短萤石精矿的浮选流程,减少药剂用量,降低其他功耗,有效的节约了成本。The grade of fluorite in superconducting concentrate is increased from 85.21%to 96.84%and the grade of rare earth is decreased from 5.29%to 0.11%after the fluorite flotation concentrate of Bayan Obo Iron Mine is processed by superconducting magnetic separation technology.The grade of fluorite in fluorite flotation concentrate of Bayan Obo Iron Mine can be effectively improved,content of rare earth is decreased,flotation process of fluorite concentrate is shortened,amount of reagents and other power consumption are reduced with the superconducting high gradient magnetic separation so that the costs are effectively saved.
