摘　　要：造球工序是球团生产中的关键环节,生球质量的好坏将直接影响成品球的产质量。通过提高铁料干燥效果、强化高压辊磨工序以及优化造球机参数等措施,使成球率由75%提高到81%,平均生球落下强度提高0.3次,生球质量得到明显改善。The pelletizing process is the key link in pellet production.The quality of green pellets will directly affect quality of finished ball.The pelletization rate is increased from 75%to 81%and average drop strength of green pellets is increased by 0.3 times by taking such measures as improving drying effect of iron charge,intensifying high-pressure roller grinding process and optimizing parameters of pelletizer so that quality of green pellets is improved obviously.
