摘　　要：表面横纹缺陷是垂直于钢带轧制方向的折叠痕,稀土钢板材有限责任公司自投产以来,酸洗SPHC产品表面横纹缺陷是生产线面临的主要质量问题,严重影响成材率和合格率。文章对热轧酸洗SPHC产品横纹缺陷产生的机理进行了分析,研究了化学成分、卷取温度、平整工序、酸洗开卷温度、深弯辊对横纹缺陷的影响,并采取一系列相应改善措施,使酸洗SPHC产品表面横纹缺陷的发生率大幅度下降,取得了较好的效果。The defect of transverse crack on surface is the folded mark vertical to rolling direction of steel belt and the defect of pickled SPHC product has been the main quality problem faced by production line since Rare Earth Steel Plate Co.,Ltd.was put into production in commission,which seriously influences the yield and qualified rate.In the article,it is analyzed its mechanism,studied the effects of chemical components,coiling temperature,levelling process,decoiling temperature of pickling and deep bending roll on it as well as a series of related improvement measures are taken so that its occurrence rate is reduced significantly and the effects are better.
