摘　　要：文章对包钢研制生产的V150钢级钻杆管体用无缝钢管的拉伸、冲击、韧脆转变温度、室温抗扭强度、旋转弯曲疲劳等性能进行了试验研究,结果表明:热处理态钢管的常规力学性能、晶粒度等技术指标可满足DS—1 TM标准第1卷《钻井用管材产品规范》的要求,同时还具有横向冲击韧性好、低温冲击韧性高、韧脆转变温度低、室温抗扭强度大、抗旋转弯曲疲劳性好等优良的材料特性,可满足V150钢级超高强度钻杆管体用钢的要求。In this paper,such performances as drawing,impact,ductile-brittle transition temperature,torsional strength at room temperature and rotating bending fatigue of seamless steel pipe for V150 grade drill pipe body developed and produced by Baotou Steel are tested and studied.The results showed that such technical indexes as the conventional mechanical properties and grain size of as-heat-treated steel pipe could meet the requirements of DS-1^(TM) Standard Vol.1 Specification of Tubular Products for Drilling.At the same time,it is also with such excellent material characteristics as good transverse impact toughness,high low temperature impact toughness,low ductile-brittle transition temperature,high torsional strength at room temperature and good anti-rotating bending fatigue,which could meet the requirements of steel for V150 grade drill pipe body with super high strength.
