摘　　要：R320Cr钢是欧洲铁路标准中可用于生产重载铁路用轨的重轨钢种,主要技术指标包括:抗拉强度≥1080 MPa,延伸率≥9%,踏面中心硬度(HB)范围320~360。通过实验室研究,确定了R320Cr钢轨冶炼成分范围、生产工艺及各工序操作要点,工业生产的R320Cr钢轨各项技术指标满足标准技术要求。The R320Cr steel is a heavy rail steel grade that can be used to produce heavy haul railway rail according to the European Railway Standards.Its main technical indexes include tensile strength≥1080 MPa,elongation≥9%,range for hardness of tread center(HB)is 320~360.Its smelting composition range,production technology and operating points of each process are determined through the laboratory researches as well as its technical indexes in industrial production could meet the technical requirements of standard.
