摘　　要：计量检测是保障产品质量的一道关键工序,计量器具的量值准确、操作规范是计量可靠的基础。改变基于单机处理数据、依靠纸质流转传递信息的传统管理模式,开发出以检定/校准全过程的质量跟踪、实现公司测量设备全生命周期管理为核心的检定/校准实验室信息管理系统,提高包钢测量设备量传溯源准确性、可靠性,规范实验室人员、设备、资料档案等资源的综合管理,提升包钢计量管理水平。The measurement and detection is a key process to guarantee product quality as well as the accurate quantity value of measuring instrument and operation specification are the basis of reliable measurement.The quality track with test/calibration in the whole process is developed and test/calibration laboratory information management system with full life cycle management for measuring equipment of company as the core is realized by changing the traditional management mode based on processing data with single machine and transinformation relying on paper circulation.As a result,the accuracy and reliability of valuation transfer and traceability for measuring instrument of Baotou Steel are improved as well as the integrated management of such resources as laboratory personnel,equipment and data files are standardized so that the measurement management level of Baotou Steel is enhanced.
