摘　　要：文章通过分析包钢档案馆馆藏特点,得出档案数字化加工外包的必要性,结合包钢档案信息化项目实施中的一些经验,从制定质量管理工作计划、制定档案数字化实施方案和档案数字化加工质量管控三方面阐述质量管理。In the article,the necessity of outsourcing digital processing for archives is obtained by analyzing the characteristics of collections of Archives Center of Baotou Steel.The quality management is elaborated from such three aspects as formulating work plans of quality management and digital implementation plans of archives as well as quality control of digital processing for archives combining with some experiences of implementing informatization project for archives of Baotou Steel.
