摘　　要：文章探讨新型防逆送料机在自动冷镦机送料机构上的运用。该防逆送料装置安装在与送料轮同轴的送料齿轮上,由制动片压住防倒转筒产生摩擦阻力,防止因送料齿轮轴反转引起材料倒退现象,确保送料的准确度,且稳定性强。This paper mainly discusses the application of the new anti reverse feeder in the feeding mechanism of automatic cold heading machine.The anti reverse feeding device is installed on the feeding gear coaxial with the feeding wheel,and the anti reverse cylinder is pressed by the brake pad to produce friction resistance,so as to prevent the material reverse caused by the reverse rotation of the feeding gear shaft,ensure the feeding accuracy and strong stability.
