摘  要:文章主要分析现有的高压计量柜设计构造中存在的问题,研究使用计量柜背面底部装设泄压阀及防爆膜,实现故障专属瞬间泄压通道;研究三级减振防护,通过“泄压阀、防爆膜、匀速闭门器”梯级防护原理,保证计量柜门不在爆炸产生瞬时力时而直接炸开;以及使用可变色涂料实现计量柜内部温升监测,实现计量柜内部温度变化可视化管控,进一步提高风险规避能力等技术方案,实现技术堵漏,最终形成一种基于减振原理的新型防爆计量柜。This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the design and construction of the existing high-pressure metering cabinet,and studies the use of the pressure relief valve and explosion-proof membrane installed at the bottom of the back of the metering cabinet to realize the fault specific instantaneous pressure relief channel;The three-level shock absorption protection is studied,and the cascade protection principle of"pressure relief valve,explosion-proof membrane and uniform velocity door closer"is adopted to ensure that the metering cabinet door does not explode directly when the explosion produces instantaneous force;As well as the use of color changing paint to realize the internal temperature monitoring of the metering cabinet,realize the visual control of the internal temperature change of the metering cabinet,further improve the risk aversion ability and other technical solutions to realize the technical plugging,and finally form a new type of explosion-proof metering cabinet based on the shock absorption principle.
