摘　　要：随着技术的发展和石化企业对安全、效率的重视,石化企业广泛采用自动化监测、控制等手段来提升企业的生产效率和生产的稳定性。生产技术的革新带来更高的效率,但生产线的维护检修难度和专业要求也越来越高。石化企业自动化仪表是否能够正常工作,对企业生产的安全、质量具有至关重要的影响,需要对其维护检修进行充分研究,从而确保自动化仪表的正常工作,避免各种安全隐患。日常维护和检修方法具有一定差异性,需要将其进行分类从日常维护措施和自动化仪表的检测方法两方面入手,同时对石化企业自动化仪表经常遇到的故障和处理措施进行分析,从而保证石化生产线的安全、稳定、高效运行。With the development of technology and petrochemical companies'emphasis on safety and efficiency,petrochemical companies have widely adopted automated monitoring and control methods to improve their production efficiency and enhance production stability.The innovation of production technology brings higher efficiency,but the maintenance and repair of the production line are more difficult and professional requirements are getting higher,and whether the automation instrumentation of petrochemical enterprises can work normally has a vital impact on the safety and quality of enterprise production.It is necessary to conduct full research on its maintenance and repair,so as to ensure the normal operation of the automation instrument and avoid various safety hazards.Routine maintenance and overhaul methods have certain differences.It is necessary to classify them through routine maintenance measures and automatic instrument detection methods.At the same time,the faults and handling measures frequently encountered in petrochemical enterprises'automation instruments are explained to ensure petrochemical companies.Safe,stable and efficient operation of the production line.
