摘  要:为解决聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)薄膜在生产、使用中出现的剥离问题,研究了影响PDLC膜粘结力的部分因素.讨论了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物与丙烯酸酯单体(UV型)配比、紫外光可聚附着力促进剂(烷基丙烯酸磷酸酯)添加量、固化温度对提升PDLC膜粘结力的影响.结果表明:当低聚物与UV单体的质量比为4∶6,烷基丙烯酸磷酸酯的添加量为1.5%(质量分数),在固化温度为25~35℃、光强4 mW条件下固化70 s,制备出的PDLC膜具备较高的粘结力,可解决因层间剥离造成的不通电、不能正常使用的问题.In order to solve the peeling problem of polymer dispersed liquid crystal(PDLC)film in manufacture and using processes,some influencing factors of adhesion of PDLC film were studied.The factors consist of ration of urethane acrylate oligomer to UV monomers,additive amount of adhesion accelerator with UV curing(alkyl phosphate acrylate),and curing temperature on improving adhesion of PDLC film effects were discussed.The results indicated that the opeimized parameters are as follows:the ration of oligomer/UV monomers of 4∶6(mass ratio),1.5%(mass fraction)of alkyl phosphate acrylate,cured at 25~35℃,and 4 mW for 70 s.The PDLC film exhibited a better adhesion,which could solve the problem that PDLC film was not energized and could not be used normally due to the peeling between layers.
