摘　　要：针对新时期装备承制单位履约信誉等级科学评定问题,首先构建承制单位履约信誉等级评定指标体系并明确各指标数据统计标准,然后运用中心点三角白化权函数灰色聚类评估方法对承制单位履约信誉等级评定指标体系进行评估,最后得到承制单位履约信誉等级评定结果。实例分析表明,基于中心点三角白化权函数的装备承制单位履约信誉等级评定方法科学有效,可为军事代表机构择优遴选装备承制单位提供科学指导。In view of the scientific evaluation of the performance credit rating of equipment manufacturing units in the new era,firstly,the performance credit rating index system of manufacturing units is constructed and the statistical standards of each index data are defined,and then the performance credit rating index system of manufacturing units is evaluated by using the gray cluster evaluation method of center point triangular whitening weight function,Finally,the performance credit rating results of the manufacturer are obtained.The example analysis shows that the performance credit rating method of equipment manufacturing units based on the center point triangular whitening weight function is scientific and effective,and can provide scientific guidance for military representative organizations to select equipment manufacturing units.
