摘　　要：供应商管理库存VMI(Vendor Managed Inventory)即旨在最大程度降低交易双方成本,通过不断修正的协议约束下的供应商管理库存模式。这种库存管理策略打破了传统的各自为政的库存管理模式。体现了供应链的集成化管理思想,适应了市场变化的要求,优化了合作性策略下的库存管理,是一种新的、有代表性的库存管理思想。Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)is a vendor managed inventory model that aims to minimize the costs of both parties through constantly revised agreements.This inventory management strategy breaks the traditional inventory management mode.It embodies the integrated management idea of supply chain,adapts to the requirements of market changes,and optimizes the inventory management under the cooperative strategy.It is a new and representative inventory management idea.
