摘  要:为解决一款高功率LED投射灯散热问题,本文针对传统直肋片式散热器普遍存在导热能力不佳,无法即时有效地携出高热量问题进行探讨分析;并以2400 W超高功耗的远距LED投射灯为研究对象,为其设计了一款新型热管嵌入式扣fin散热器。本文使用热分析软件ANSYS Icepak对散热器结构进行优化,研究影响散热性能的因素。结果表明:优化后的LED光源最高温度为63.68℃,比初始的71.53℃降低7.85℃,所设计的热管嵌入式扣fin散热器,在强制对流的环境情况下,能够达到2400 W LED投射灯的散热指标。In order to solve the heat-dissipating problem of a high-power LED projection light,this article first discusses and analyzes the problem that the traditional fin heat sink module generally has poor thermal conductivity and cannot effectively carry high-density heat immediately.Then,taking the 2400 W ultra-high power consumption long-distance LED projection light as the research object,a new type of heat-pipe embedded buckle-fin thermal module was designed.This paper uses the thermal analysis software ANSYS Icepak to optimize the thermal module structure,and study the factors that affect the heat-dissipating performance.The results show that the maximum temperature of the optimized LED light source is 63.68℃,which is 7.85℃lower than the initial 71.53℃.The designed heat pipe embedded fin heat sink can reach the heat-dissipating index of 2400 W LED projection light with forced convection environment.
