摘  要:电动汽车增程器可以有效增加电动汽车的一次充电续行里程,降低车载电池的成本和重量,实现燃油汽车向纯电动汽车的平稳过渡。以无刷直流电机为核心,设计了基于电压环与速度环双PI调节控制技术的电动汽车增程器起动/发电一体化控制系统。实验结果表明,无刷直流电机能够可靠由电动状态切换至发电状态,并有良好的稳定性和响应速度,满足对车载蓄电池充电性能要求。The range extender for electric vehicles can effectively increase the mileage of electric vehicles on a single charge,reduce the cost and weight of on-board batteries,and realize a smooth transition from fuel vehicles to pure electric vehicles.With the brushless DC motor as the core,an electric vehicle range extender start/generation integrated control system based on voltage loop and speed loop dual PI adjustment control technology is designed.The experimental results show that the brushless DC motor can reliably switch from the electric state to the power generation state,and has good stability and response speed,which meets the requirements for the charging performance of the on-board battery.
