摘  要:电力电子开关等器件控制时会产生大量的高次谐波或间谐波分量,当频率分量正好满足一定条件时会使得工频量测产生振荡波动或偏差,直接影响调度人员对电网运行状态的监控。为了解决该问题,分析了高次谐波对工频量测的影响机理,根据测控装置采样频率以及测量频带范围要求,设计了一种模拟和数字相结合的组合滤波方法,通过模拟低通滤波器对高次谐波分量做初步衰减,再由数字低通滤波器进一步滤除过渡带频率分量,避免过渡带频率分量产生混叠或泄漏造成工频稳态量测误差增大,从而提升工频量测精度。通过对比实验验证了方法的有效性,高次谐波影响下的测量误差改变量由大于1%减小至小于0.2%。A large number of high frequency harmonics or inter-harmonics spectrum components will be generated in the control of power electronic switches and other devices.When the frequency of these components just meet certain conditions,the power frequency measurement will have great fluctuation or deviation,which directly affects the dispatcher’s monitoring of power grid operation state.In order to solve the problem,mechanism of how the high frequency harmonics affect the power frequency measurement is analyzed.According to the sampling rate and measurement frequency range requirements of measurement and control device,a filtering method of combination with analog and digital filter is designed.First of all,the high frequency harmonic components are attenuated by analog low-pass filter,and then the frequency components of the transition band are further filtered by digital low-pass filter,avoiding transition zone frequency components to produce aliasing or leakage which causes error increase of power frequency measurement.Thus the steady-state power frequency measurement precision is promoted.The effectiveness of the method is verified by comparison test.Under the condition of adding high frequency harmonics to power frequency voltage and current,the error change decreases from more than 1%to less than 0.2%.
