摘　　要：现代医院管理制度是医院高质量发展的重要保证,医院民主管理制度是现代医院管理制度不可或缺的组成部分。目前,对此研究不尽如人意,实际工作中也存在民主管理虚化、形式化、弱化的现象。研究通过访谈医院及其他行业工会主席,旨在深刻了解医院民主管理及制度建设的现实问题与不足,分析原因,提出有针对性的对策建议,以期为各医院民主管理工作提供参考。The modern hospital management system is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of hospitals,and the hospital democratic management system is an indispensable part of the modern hospital management system.At present,the researches fail to meet expectations and there are also the phenomenon of ostentation,formalization and weakening of democratic management in practice.Through interviews with the chairmen of labor unions in hospitals and other industries,it aims to deeply understand the practical problems and deficiencies of hospitals’democratic management and system construction,analyze the reasons,put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,to provide references for the hospitals’democratic management.
