摘　　要：国家区域医疗中心建设是"十四五"时期国家深入推进新型医疗服务体系改革的重要载体。以河南省人民医院创建国家心血管病区域医疗中心为实践案例,从政策演进、创新做法、作用机制以及取得成效等方面进行深入剖析。经过3年多的实践探索,通过全面引入北京阜外医院(国家心血管病中心)管理、技术、品牌等优质资源的深度融合,河南省国家心血管病区域医疗中心在医疗技术、科技创新、医教协同、疾病防治、品牌影响力等方面取得了明显成效,可为新形势下全面推动国家区域医疗中心建设提供经验借鉴和实践案例。The construction of the National Regional Medical Center is an important carrier for the reform of the new medical service system during the period of the 14 th five-year plan. Taking the establishment of the National Regional Medical Center for Cardiovascular Diseases in the People’s Hospital of Henan Province as a typical case,it makes an in-depth analysis from the aspects of policy evolution,innovative practices,function mechanism,and achievements, etc. After more than 3 years of practical exploration, through the comprehensive introduction of high-quality resources such as management,technology,and brand of Fuwai Hospital(National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases) of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,the National Regional Medical Center for Cardiovascular Diseases in Henan Province has made remarkable achievements in medical technology,scientific and technological innovation,coordination of Medical Education,disease prevention and treatment,brand influence,etc. It provides practical experience and example for the country to promote the construction of National Regional Medical Center comprehensively.
