摘　　要：建成医技检查自动化预约模式,通过临床与医技的去中心化和高度自动化集成交互、自动化规则和检查转换规则和退改约规则的配置、预约分类和预约流程的设计等,实现医技检查全覆盖、无接触式预约、智能精确预约和全流程闭环管理,并通过线上与线下服务联通整合,应用后优化了医技检查流程,合理缩短了候检时间,实现了跨科室多项目智能预约,提高了检查效率和管理决策支持能力,提升了患者体验和满意度,助推智慧门诊建设。Establishing auto-appointment model of medical examination through clinical medical examination decentralization,highly automated integrated interactions,configuring the automation rules and examination transformation rules,configuring the uncontract and change rules,designing appointment process and appointment classification,to achieve full coverage,contactless,intelligent and accurate appointment of medical examination,to realize the closed-loop management of the whole process. The application of the model optimized medical examination process,reasonably shortened the waiting time,realized the intelligent multi-project and cross-departments appointment,and improved the efficiency of medical examination and the ability of management decision support. It boosted the construction of intelligent outpatient department.
