摘　　要：目的对医学院校临床医学专业本科生人文素质现状及影响因素等进行分析,为医学院校人文素质教育改革与创新发展、培养具有崇高职业精神的医疗卫生人才提供决策依据。方法利用文献分析等方法构建临床医学生人文素质评价模型和影响因素调查问卷,通过问卷星平台对在校临床医学本科生进行调查和数据收集工作。采用SPSS20.0软件进行统计分析。结果调查共获得有效问卷6 794份。被调查临床医学生人文素质综合自我评分以及在人文认知、态度和行为维度方面,均呈现性别、年级差异特征(P<0.05);筛选出9个影响医学生人文素质水平因素。结论健康治理新理念下,临床医学生人文素质有待提高。影响临床医学生人文素质因素呈现多样性、复杂性特征。实践教育是提升临床医学生人文素质能力重要突破口。Objective Humanistic quality is one of the medical and health staff basic quality,this study of clinical medical undergraduate students humanistic quality situation and influence factors analysis,so as to reform and develop humanistic quality education for medical colleges,provide decision basis for training medical and health talents abiding by the medical ethics with high professional spirit. Methods The evaluation model of humanistic quality of medical students and the questionnaire of influencing factors were constructed by literature analysis. The questionnaire star platform was used to investigate and collect data of clinical medical undergraduates in a medical university. SPSS20.0 Software was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 6 794 valid questionnaires were obtained. The comprehensive self-score of humanistic quality,humanistic cognition,attitude and behavior of the surveyed clinical medical students showed gender differences and grade differences(P<0.05);Screened out 9 factors affecting the level of humanistic quality of medical students. Conclusion Humanistic quality of clinical medical students should be improved under the new concept of health management. The influencing factors of humanistic quality of clinical medical students present the characteristics of diversity and complexity. Practical education is an important breakthrough to improve the humanistic quality ability in medical students.
