摘　　要：目的了解上海市黄浦区成年智力残疾人士照料者的抑郁现状及其影响因素,为智力残疾患者的长期照护提供支持。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取上海市黄浦区≥18岁持有智力残疾证者的主要照料者为调查对象,采用自编问卷、患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)对调查对象进行评估,并对相关因素作多重线性回归分析。结果共调查571名照料者。PHQ-9评分≥10分的有61人,抑郁症状的检出率为10.7%。多因素分析结果显示,精神发育迟滞(P<0.01)、中度残疾和重度/极重度残疾(P<0.05;P<0.05)、家庭人均月收入(P<0.01)、是否有慢性疾病(P<0.01)与照料者抑郁的发生有关。结论照料者中度及以上抑郁症的检出比例较高,需进行团体或个性化的心理干预,改善其心理健康水平。Objective To understand the depression status and its influencing factors of caregivers of adults intellectual disability patients in Huangpu District in Shanghai,and to provide support for the long-term care of patients with intellectual disabilities.Methods A primary caregiver of aged≥18 patients with intellectual disability certificate in Huangpu District of Shanghai was selected by cluster sampling.The respondents were evaluated by self-designed questionnaire and PHQ-9 scale,and the related factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results A total of 571 caregivers were investigated.There were 61 people with PHQ-9 score≥10,and the detection rate of depressive symptoms was 10.7%.Multivariate analysis showed that mental retardation(P<0.01),moderate disability and severe/very severe disability(P<0.05;P<0.05),family per capita monthly income(P<0.01),whether there are chronic diseases(P<0.01)were related to the occurrence of caregiver depression,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The prevalence of moderate and above depression among caregivers of adult intellectual disability patients in Huangpu District is high.Group or personalized psychological intervention is needed to improve their mental health level.
