摘　　要：目的了解苏州市60岁及以上老年人群的吸烟现状,烟草危害知识的知晓情况及吸烟行为的影响因素,以期提高老年人群的控烟工作水平,为卫生部门制定相关政策提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样,使用全国统一的《2018年全国居民吸烟情况调查问卷》对苏州市800名60岁及以上老年人进行问卷调查。结果2018年苏州市老年人吸烟率为28.5%,其中男性为52.5%,女性为0.3%,每日吸烟率为23.9%。苏州老年烟民中,每日吸烟者为83.9%,日均吸烟量为14.49支/人。相比对照组,≤70岁和男性为老年人吸烟的危险因素,其OR分别为2.080(95%CI为1.196~3.616)和440.898(95%CI为61.136~3179.622)。结论苏州老年人的吸烟现状不容乐观。目前控烟的重点对象应该是男性烟民,尤其是≤70岁的老年男性。苏州老年人对于吸烟危害的认知度均明显低于2018年苏州市居民的平均水平,提示需加强针对老年人群的烟草危害知识科普教育。Objective To understand the smoking status,knowledge of tobacco hazards and influencing factors of smoking behavior among the elderly aged 60 and over in Suzhou,in order to improve the smoking control level of the elderly and provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies of the health department.Methods A total of 800 elderly people aged 60 and over in Suzhou were investigated by stratified cluster random sampling and using the national unified questionnaire on national residents'smoking in 2018.Results In 2018,the smoking rate of the elderly in Suzhou was 28.5%,including 52.5%for men and 0.3%for women,and the daily smoking rate was 23.9%.Among the elderly smokers in Suzhou,the daily smoking rate was 83.9%,and the average daily smoking volume was 14.49 cigarettes/person.Compared to the control groups,influencing factors of smoking for the elderly people were the age≤70 years old and the male.Their OR values were 2.080(95%CI 1.196-3.616)and 440.898(95%CI 61.136-3179.622),respectively.Conclusion The smoking status of the elderly in Suzhou is not optimistic.At present,the key targets of tobacco control should be male smokers,especially elderly men≤70 years old.The awareness of the elderly in Suzhou about the hazards of smoking is significantly lower than the average level of Suzhou residents in 2018,suggesting the need to strengthen popular science education on tobacco hazards for the elderly.
