成年双生子体型特征的遗传度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的通过对成年双生子体型特征的调查,研究环境及遗传因素对超重或肥胖的影响,为成人肥胖防治策略制定提供依据。方法以124对成年双生子作为研究对象,通过问卷调查收集相关信息;通过组内相关系数法计算研究对象BMI、腰围(WC)、腰高比(WHtR)的遗传度,从而分析成年双生子超重或肥胖的影响因素。结果成年双生子身高、体重、BMI、WC、WHtR的平均遗传度分别为92.86%、76.47%、40.79%、68.97%、36.84%。已婚者发生超重或肥胖的危险性是非在婚者的2.216倍;男性发生中心性肥胖的危险性是女性的2.240倍;男性、已婚者发生WHtR超标的OR值分别为2.570和1.839。结论成年双生子的身高、体重受遗传因素影响较大,而BMI指数、WHtR受环境影响较大;成年双生子的超重或肥胖与婚姻、性别等因素有关,已婚者比非在婚者更容易发生超重或肥胖,男性比女性更容易发生中心性肥胖或腹型肥胖。Objective To provide a basis for adult obesity prevention and treatment strategies through the research on the influence of environmental and genetic factors on overweight adult twins in Putuo District,Shanghai.Methods A total of 124 adult twins were recruited in Putuo District and conducted the questionnaire survey.The intra-group correlation coefficient method was used to calculate the respondents’heritability of BMI,waist circumference(WC)and waist-to-height ratio(WHtR),which aims to analyze the factors of overweight or obesity.Results The average heritability of height,weight,BMI,WC,and WHtR of adult twins in Putuo District were 92.86%,76.47%,40.79%,68.97%and 36.84%,respectively.The risk of overweight or obesity among married persons was 2.216 times that of non-married persons(95%CI:1.323-3.712),and the risk of central obesity was 2.240 times in males than in females(95%CI:1.309-3.833).The OR values of males and married persons who exceed the standard of WHtR were 2.570(95%CI:1.452-4.549)and 1.839(95%CI 1.026-3.296)respectively.Conclusion The height and weight of adult twins are greatly affected by genetic factors,while the BMI and WHtR are more influenced by the environment.The overweight or obesity of adult twins is related to the factors such as marriage and gender.Married persons are more likely to be overweight or obese and males are more at risk of central obesity or abdominal obesity than females.
