摘  要:动水含砂层的大直径高压旋喷桩施工技术是当前喷射注浆法中的一个难题之一。其主要难点包括砂层的削切和存浆问题。削切力不足的一方面是因为土体固结较为密实,另一方面是喷射力不足。不能存浆是因为地下水受到潮汐的影响而流动,水泥浆的初凝时间也较长,地下水的流动带走了水泥浆液。现主要针对上述两个问题展开研究,通过采用双泵注浆、加大喷嘴、膨润土浆液预切等措施,在保证成桩的直径和增加存浆量方面有明显的效果。The large-diameter ultra-deep high-pressure jet grouting pile construction technology in hydrodynamic sand bearing layer is one of the difficult problems in the current jet grouting method.Its main difficulties include the cutting and slurry retaining problems of sand layer.The aspect of insufficient cutting force is that the soil is more tightly consolidated,and the other is the insufficient jetting force.The slurry cannot be stored retained because the groundwater flows under the influence of tides.The initial setting time of cement slurry is also longer and the groundwater flow takes away the cement slurry.The above two problems are targeted to study.The measures of double-pump grouting,increasing jet nozzle and pre-cutting bentonite slurry to be taken can have the obvious effects in the guarantee of finished pile diameter and the increase of slurry retaining amount.
