摘  要:为了保证飞行在平流层复杂环境中的航艇相机具有高成像品质,需要对航艇相机光学系统进行高精度控温设计。文章首先分析航艇相机结构布局、飞行方式及20km高空平流层环境特点,对相机光学系统在平流层的保温措施展开研究,通过试验测试多层隔热组件与二氧化硅气凝胶保温效果,试验结果显示,常压下多层隔热组件与二氧化硅气凝胶的等效发射率分别为0.34、0.30,等效导热系数分别为0.0099W/mK、0.0088W/mK。然后进行航艇相机光学系统详细热设计,建立热分析有限元模型并完成了热仿真计算。最后开展航艇相机的低气压(5000Pa)热平衡试验,验证热设计方案正确性。热试验结果表明,航艇相机光学系统采用多层隔热组件保温设计合理可行,相机主体结构温度处于6~10℃,平均加热功率为58W,满足航艇相机光学系统的控温指标与成像需求,为航艇相机光学系统的热控技术研究提供参考。In order to ensure the high image quality of the air craft camera flying in the stratospheric complex environment,high precision temperature control design is needed for the optical system of airboat camera.Firstly,the structure layout,flight mode and stratospheric environment characteristics at an altitude of 20 km are analyzed.the thermal insulation measures of the camera optical system in the stratosphere are studied.In the mean-while,the thermal insulation effect of multilayer thermal insulation module and silica aerogel was tested.The results show that the equivalent emissivity of the multilayer thermal insulation module and silica aerogel under atmospheric pressure are 0.34 and 0.30 respectively,the equivalent thermal conductivity is 0.0099 W/mK and 0.0088 W/mK respectively.Then the detailed thermal design of the optical system of the boat camera is carried out,the finite element model of thermal analysis is established and the thermal simulation analysis is carried out.Finally,a low-pressure(5000 Pa)thermal balance test was carried out to verify the thermal design scheme.The experimental results show that the design of multi-layer thermal insulation components in the optical system of aircraft camera is reasonable and feasible,the temperature of the main structure of the camera is 6~10℃,and the average heating power is 58 W,which meets the temperature control index and imaging requirements of the optical system of airboat camera,and it provides reference for the thermal control technology research of the optical system of aerial camera.
