摘 要:儿童阶段处于认知发展的重要时期。此阶段认知发展的质量对儿童个体乃至未来的发展有着重要影响。体育锻炼在过去已被证明可以增强儿童的认知功能。体育锻炼可分为开放性锻炼与闭锁性锻炼两种不同类型,该文采用文献法整理比较两种运动类型对儿童认知功能的不同影响,希望能更加有效地指导儿童锻炼,提高体育锻炼对儿童发展的有益影响。Children are at the peak of cognitive development,and the quality of cognitive development has an important impact on the future development of children and even society.Physical exercise has been proven to enhance the cognitive function of children in the past.However,physical exercise can be divided into two different types.This article uses the literature method to collate and compare the difference between the two types of exercise on the cognitive function of children.It is hoped that it can be help guide children to exercise more effectively and improve the beneficial effects of physical exercise on the development of children,thereby indirectly providing help for the future development of society.
