摘 要:目的:探究长期体育舞蹈练习对老年女性骨密度的影响。方法:以19名舞龄在2年以上的老年女性作为老年体育舞蹈组,并以16名未参与体育运动的老年女性作为对照组,通过骨密度检测法测量目标对象的桡骨远端的骨密度并进行t检验。结果:(1)体育舞蹈组骨密度正常率高于对照组,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);(2)体育舞蹈组骨量低下率和骨质疏松率低于对照组,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:骨密度随着年龄的增大而下降,进行体育舞蹈练习能在一定程度上延缓骨质流失,维持骨密度。Objective:To explore the effect of long-term sports dance practice on bone mineral density in elderly women.Methods:Through the questionnaire survey,19 elderly women with more than two years of dancing age were selected as the elderly sports dance group,and 16 elderly women who did not participate in sports as the control group.Bone mineral density and t values of the distal radius were measured by BMD.Results:(1)The normal rate of BMD in dance sport group was signif icantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01);(2)The rate of low bone mass and osteoporosis in dance sport group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Bone mineral density decreases with age,especially in women.Sports dance can delay bone loss and maintain bone mineral density to a certain extent.
