摘 要:功能型聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)塑料质量控制的一个重要环节是其中Mo的分析,而PTFE塑料耐腐蚀耐高温性质使得其Mo的分析面临很多挑战。本工作采用单体PTFE材料模拟PTFE塑料,建立了分析PTFE塑料中Mo的X射线荧光分析法(XRF)。该方法绕开了PTFE塑料湿法及高温处理的难题,简化了PTFE塑料样品的处理过程,方法的定量范围(线性范围是0.05%~2.00%)和准确度(回收率为90%~110%)都满足高压开关用塑料中Mo的分析要求。该研究为高压开关企业开展质量控制提供了可靠的方法。The analysis of molybdenum(Mo)is important in quality control of PTFE plastics.The analysis of micro Mo in PTFE poses a challenge due to its such properties as corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.In this work,PTFE monomer was employed to simulate the matrix of PTFE plastics.An X-ray fluorescence spectrometric(XRF)method was developed for the analysis of Mo in PTFE plastics.The developed method circumvents the obstacle from either wet or high temperature treatments of PTFE plastics,greatly simplifying the treatments of samples.The quantitative range of Mo(linear range:0.05%to 2.00%)and accuracy(recovery:between 90%and 110%)of the developed method meet the requirements of Mo analysis of high-voltage switch cavity materials.All of these provide a reliable approach for quality control of high-voltage switch companies.
