摘 要:风洞试验的开展需要高压空气等多种动力资源的保障。针对风洞群试验用户多、资源冲突、需求不确定等特点,设计了一种风洞群高压空气资源调度系统。该系统以高压资源生产-消耗模型、基于粒子群优化算法的动力生产调度和自适应风洞试验实时调度为核心,根据试验任务高压资源预先需求计划、当前高压资源存量和高压空气生产能力,形成高压机组的启动计划,并根据高压资源消耗、试验耗时、电力峰值确定风洞试验任务的优先等级。实验结果表明,该系统较好地解决了原风洞群高压资源调度粗放、过度生产或保障不足的问题,并在风洞群动力资源调度中得到应用,性能良好,值得推广。The wind tunnel test requires the support of high pressure air and other power resources.A high pressure air resource dispatching system for wind tunnel group is designed in view of the characteristics of many users,resource supply conflict,uncertain demand of wind tunnel test.The system takes high pressure resource production-consumption model,power production scheduling based on particle swarm optimization algorithm and real-time dispatching of adaptive wind tunnel test as the core.According to the pre-demand plan of high pressure resource,current high pressure resource stock and high pressure air production capacity,the start-up plan of high pressure unit is formed,and the priority level of wind tunnel test task is determined according to high pressure resource consumption,test time consuming and power peak value.The experimental results show that the system solves the problems of extensive high-pressure resource scheduling,over production or insufficient guarantee of the original wind tunnel group,and has been applied in the dynamic resource scheduling of wind tunnel group.The system has good performance and is worth popularization.
