摘 要:为了研究大直径无缝钢管全灌浆套筒在不同材料参数时的力学性能,设计10组试件,以套筒的加肋个数、长度、壁厚等参数为变量,通过单向拉伸试验对试件进行力学性能分析;利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行接头静力拉拔模拟分析,将试件的荷载-位移模拟结果与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:壁厚为10 mm的试件力学性能更优,对灌浆料的约束更好;相较于加肋个数为6、7的试件,加肋个数为8的试件极限抗拉强度更大,破坏位移更小;长度为700 mm的套筒比长度为640 mm的套筒的承载力略大,但是承载力增大不明显;基于有限元软件ABAQUS的试件荷载-位移模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。To research mechanical properties of full grouting sleeves with large diameter seamless steel pipes under different material parameters,10 groups of specimens were designed.Taking rib number,length,and wall thickness of sleeves as variables,mechanical properties of the specimens were analyzed by using uniaxial tension test.Finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate and analyze static pull-out of joints,and load-displacement simulation results of the specimens were compared with test results.The results show the specimen with thickness of 10 mm has better mechanical properties and better constraints on grouting materials.Compared with the specimens with 6 ribs and 7 ribs,the specimens with 8 ribs have greater ultimate tensile strength and smaller failure displacement.Bearing capacity of specimens with length of 700 mm is slightly greater than that of specimens with length of 640 mm,but the increase of bearing capacity is not obvious.The load-displacement simulation results of the specimens based on finite element software ABAQUS are in good agreement with the test results.
