摘 要:针对白藜芦醇诱导癌细胞衰老在癌症治疗中的研究现状,对细胞衰老的特征及白藜芦醇诱导癌细胞衰老的机制进行综述,包括促进癌细胞衰老的治疗优势及研究进展,白藜芦醇的来源和功能,衰老细胞的形态、结构特征、衰老标志物(衰老相关-β-半乳糖苷酶、衰老相关蛋白p16^(INK4a)、p21^(CIP1)、p27、p19^(ARF)和p53)及衰老相关分泌表型,总结白藜芦醇通过氧化应激、癌基因激活和脱氧核糖核酸损伤等多条信号通路诱导癌细胞衰老的机制,指出白藜芦醇作为一种重要的天然抗癌化合物,未来的研究重点应是提高白藜芦醇的生物利用度并将白藜芦醇作为放疗或化疗的增敏剂用于癌症治疗。In view of research status of resveratrol inducing cancer cell senescence in cancer treatment,characteristics of cell senescence and mechanism of resveratrol inducing cancer cell senescence were summarized,including therapeutic advantages and research progress of promoting cancer cell senescence,sources and functions of resveratrol,morphological and structural features of senescent cells,senescence markers(senescence-associatedβ-galactosidase,senescence-associated proteins p16^(INK4a),p21^(CIP1),p27,p19^(ARF),and p53)and senescence-associated secretory phenotype.The mechanism for resveratrol to induce cancer cell senescence through regulating multiple signaling pathways such as oxidative stress,oncogene activation,and deoxyribonucleic acid damage was introduced.As an important natural anti-cancer compound,future research emphasis for resveratrol was pointed to be improving its bioavailability and using it as a sensitizer for radiotherapy or chemotherapy in cancer treatment.
