摘 要:[目的]研究邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和磷酸三苯酯(TPP)单独及联合暴露对斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响。[方法]将受精后4 hpf(hour post-fertilization, hpf)斑马鱼胚胎分别暴露于DBP(0、0.5和1.0 mg/L)、TPP(0和0.5 mg/L)和TPP+DBP(0.5 mg/L+0.5 mg/L和0.5 mg/L+1.0 mg/L),统计72 hpf胚胎孵化率以及96 hpf仔鱼存活率、孵化率、畸形率和体长。 [Objective]To study the effect of individual and combined exposure to dinbutyl phthalate(DBP) and triphenyl phosphate(TPP) on the development of zebrafish embryos.[Method]Zebrafish embryos at 4 hpf(hour post-fertilization, hpf) were exposed to DBP(0,0.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L),TPP(0 and 0.5 mg/L) and TPP+DBP(0.5 mg/L+0.5 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L+1.0 mg/L).The hatching rate of zebrafish embryos was recorded at 72 hpf, and the survival rate, hatching rate, malformation rate and body length of zebrafish larvae were recorded at 96 hpf.[Result]Exposure to individual and combined of DBP and TPP resulted in obvoius malformations in zebrafish, including yolk-sac edema, cardiac deformities, spinal curvature and tail malformation, decreased hatching and survival rates, increased malformation rate and reduced body length in zebrafish embryos.[Conclusion]It has an interaction effect on the survival rate, malformation rate and body length of zebrafish, and no interaction on the hatching rate of zebrafish.
