摘  要:为研究^(60)Co-γ射线辐照对蛹虫草中4种生物活性成分的影响,采用剂量分别为5.0、10.0、15.0、20.0 kGy的^(60)Co-γ射线辐照蛹虫草子实体干品,采用比色法测定多糖和虫草酸含量,最后采用高效液相色谱法测定虫草素及腺苷的含量。结果表明,0~20 kGy剂量的^(60)Co-γ射线辐照对蛹虫草子实体干品中多糖、虫草酸、虫草素及腺苷含量的影响不显著。因此,可采用辐照的方法对蛹虫草子实体干品进行灭菌。In order to study the effects of ^(60)Co-γ ray irradiation on four kinds of bioactive components in the fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris, the dried fruiting bodies of C. militarisies were irradiated with ^(60)Co-γ ray at the doses of 5.0, 10.0, 15.0, 20.0 kGy. The contents of polysaccharide and cordycepic acid were determined by colorimetric method, and the contents of cordycepin and adenosine were determined by high performance liquid chromatography method. The result showed that ^(60)Co-γ ray irradiation at the irradiation dose of 0-20.0 kGy had no significant effect on the content of polysaccharide, cordycepic acid, cordycepin and adenosine in the fruiting bodies of C. militarisies. Therefore, irradiation sterilization method could be used to treat the dried fruiting bodies of C. militaris.
